For anything from a minor scratch or dent to major collision repair, Country Collision can do it all. We work with all insurance companies and provide free estimates for repair. We have a full service body and paint shop, use PPG Paint Products. Our staff are ASE Certified and we are also ICAR trained for all makes.
ASE certifies the technical competence of individual technicians, not repair facilities. Prior to taking ASE certification tests, many technicians attend training classes or study on their own in order to brush up on their knowledge. By passing difficult, national tests, ASE-certified technicians prove their technical competence to themselves, to their employers, and to their customers. Moreover, shop owners and managers who encourage their employees to become certified can be counted on to be concerned about the other aspects of their business.
As collision repair industry professionals, our staff needs the right knowledge to be successful in their role. The I-CAR® Professional Development Program™ does just that. The program offers a comprehensive, performance-focused training experience, providing industry professionals the knowledge required to perform successfully in their specific roles. Having our staff I-CAR trained shows our commitment to achieving a safe and complete repair…every time.
It’s important that everyone involved in the collision repair process recognize and remember their responsibility to their customers. The occupants of a repaired vehicle depend on the decisions made, procedures and materials used in the repair process with their very lives. It is a tremendous responsibility and a great opportunity to be of service. Only by constantly retraining ourselves in the latest repair technology can we accomplish the goal of returning collision damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition. With this in mind we regularly attend training seminars at the ATEG, based in Zealand, MI.
